During your time on the STW GPVTS you will undertake a range of placements at local acute hospitals (Royal Shrewsbury Hospital/The Princess Royal, Telford/ Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt, Oswestry) and local GP practices.

You will be assigned a clinical supervisor (CS) in each of your clinical rotations. You will also be assigned an educational supervisor (ES) – a GP trainer who oversees your progress throughout training. Your final year of training is usually spent at the surgery where your ES is based so you will get to know each other well and work closely together.
