There are 50 GP Medical Practices within Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin which form 9 Primary Care Networks (PCNs).

PCNs are groups of GP Practices working together with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in their local areas to enable greater provision of integrated health and social care for people close to home.
